The Team

Born in Santiago de Chile, Palacios del Villar studied superior marketing and business research at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
After his first jobs working in various companies, his work history is full of entrepreneurship. Starting with forming the company, “Promotions Pub,” which focused on the creative and administrative side of restaurants, he then developed the first English-style pub in Lima, and made a chain of them in Peru and all throughout Latin America. He also developed a chain of private access nightclubs in several Latin American countries and the US.
He returned to Chile and formed the firm, Pesquera Palacios, in partnership with his brother Rafael who was a pioneer in the export of sea urchins and abalone in Chile. The company then grew to more than a thousand employees. He was also the creator and manager of several different companies such as, The Gate (decoration shop); Jan Productions (production company for television programs); The Dominicans Real estate and construction Ltd (construction of several buildings and houses in the Santiago area and the central coast); Switch Communications Ltd. (business area of communications and technology), among others.
In the wine industry, first he was the creator of the vineyard Santa Eugenia del Monte. He eventually became the creator of Viña Tres Palacios, Cholqui where he is currently the manager and vineyard president.

Civil Engineer from the Universidad de Chile. His professional career began as head of Operations and Managing Engineer of Civil and Underground Works in Mining and Hydroelectric projects.
In 1990 he founded Aura Engineering, a company dedicated to the construction of Civil and Underground Works.
From 1991 to 2015 he held the position of General Manager of Aura Engineering. He is currently executive director of said company. Other activities he has carried out are linked to education, where he has worked as General Manager of Instituto San Lorenzo Ltda. Subsidized Institution with more than 1,000 students until 2018. He currently presides over the Instituto San Lorenzo Educational Foundation.

Lawyer, born in Santiago de Chile in 1968, graduated from the Diego Portales University in 1992, obtained his law degree in 1993.
Post-Degree in Tax Legislation issued by the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Santiago de Chile, 1996. Master of Laws, Duke University School of Law (2006).
Partner of the Lopez & Sanhueza Firm, his professional development has been carried out preferably in the Real Estate, Corporate, Litigation and Tax Areas. In 2015 he studied for a postgraduate degree at the Kent College of Law Illinois Institute of Technology. Since 2009 to date he has been director of Empresas Conpax

Since our first wine, made more than 20 vintages ago, Camilo has been in charge as head winemaker, and since this year, Camilo is the General manager of the Company. Born in Chile, virtually his entire career has developed at Tres Palacios. He received his degree as Agronomist Winemaker from the Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the Universidad del Desarollo. He also was director of the association of winemakers of Chile from 2012- 2014.
He has worked one harvest in Sonoma, and made technical trips to South Africa, St Emilion and Pomerol.
He currently resides in the city of Melipilla, near our vineyards, and actively participates in conjunction with the winemaking, commercial and administrative areas of the company.

Born in Chile, he received his degree as Agronomist Winemaker from the Universidad de Chile and an MBA from the European Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Marco has experience in the production as a Winemaker in Chile (Viña Luis Felipe Edwards, Viña Carmen and VIA Wines) and also abroad (Sonoma Valley, California, USA; Marlborough Valley, New Zealand, and Castilla La Mancha, Spain), additionally working in International business for more than 15 years in Spain and Chile.

Marcela Pino was born in Santiago on the 31st of May, 1971. Her work experience was varied until she met the Palacios family in 2001.
She became a member of the 'Viña Tres Palacios' team in 2005 and since then, she took up this challenge, marked by the dream of taking the company along a great road.
Her work in the winery are mainly in the Export and Wine sales areas.

From 1990 to now he has worked in the following companies: 'Ene Producciones', 'Pesquera Palacios' and 'Viña Tres Palacios', owned by Patricio Palacios, as an Administrative Assistant, in accountancy work, bank transactions and other tasks.

She has a diploma in administrative management tools and intermediate level of Excel. She has a varied job experience mainly in the sales and customer service areas. Since 2015 she works in the winery as head of laboratory and quality control.

Agricultural technician, specialty Viticulture. 25 Years Experience in Vineyard Management. He has also worked at the Ines Escobar Company and Agricultural at Lontue Curico Valley Ltd.; and in Montes Winery and Luis Felipe Edwards winery at Colchagua Valley. Finally he has worked at Viña Tres Palacios, Valle del Maipo since 2006 till now.
